The fuel supply of the fuel injection pump of a diesel generator depends on the speed of the diesel engine. When the crankshaft rotation speed increases, the fuel supply will also increase; otherwise, the oil supply will be reduced.
When the diesel engine load changes, the speed changes greatly. Specifically, it is:
First, when the load decreases, the rotational speed increases, which leads to the increase of fuel supply to the piston pump cycle, and the increase of fuel supply leads to the further increase of the rotational speed. This is a continuous vicious cycle, resulting in the engine speed getting higher and higher, and finally flying.
2. When the load increases, the rotational speed decreases, the rotational speed decreases, which leads to the decrease of the fuel supply of the piston pump, and the increase of the circulatory fuel supply leads to the further decrease of the rotational speed, resulting in the engine rotational speed getting lower and lower, and finally quenching.
